Harry has been in the restaurant business for over 35 years and has been here in Independence since 1997. At Harry’s Steak House, our steaks are cut from the the finest USDA Choice beef available in the country and are specially aged which tenderizes the meat. All steaks are cut and trimmed on site by our in house butcher. Your steak is then marinated and cooked to your specification on a char grill with generated temperatures that exceed 1000 degrees F to sear in the natural juices and flavors! We do not recommend steaks that are cooked beyond medium well as that causes the meat to become more dry and less tender. Here, we value you as our guest, our friend!
